Points of service for Veterans and their families

Veterans Affairs Canada is committed to providing Veterans with excellent service, regardless of where they live in Canada.

To better accomplish this, a partnership has been forged with Service Canada, which has given Veterans across Canada more than 600 points of service across the country where they can get in-person service.

We fund Operational Stress Injury (OSI) clinics and satellite service sites across the country, giving Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces personnel, Royal Canadian Mounted Police members, and their families greater access to mental health support and other key services.

Veterans can continue to rely on home visits from their VAC case managers for those who require them.
