Veterans Affairs Canada's (VAC) on-line services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's fast. It's easy. It's convenient. It's secure.

You may use My VAC Account to:

  • Update your address, telephone number and email address;
  • Update your partner's/dependents' address;
  • Communicate with the Department through a secure messaging system;
  • Apply on-line for new disability benefits;
  • Inquire on the status of your application(s) for disability benefits;
  • View a summary of your My VAC Account; and
  • Add, modify and stop direct deposit payments;
  • Create, save and print your Health Related Travel (HRT) Claim; and
  • View and print select forms;

These forms can be accessed directly from this web Web page, without logging in to the secure My VAC Account environment.

Important Notice:
Veterans Affairs Canada uses Access Key to provide Canadians with secure access to government online services.
Notice for epass users:
Epass users who have not upgraded to the Access Key by the deadline of December 31, 2011, will need to re-register for My VAC Account.
