Veterans Affairs Canada's (VAC) on-line services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's fast. It's easy. It's convenient. It's secure.
You may use My VAC Account to:
- Update your address, telephone number and email address;
- Update your partner's/dependents' address;
- Communicate with the Department through a secure messaging system;
- Apply on-line for new disability benefits;
- Inquire on the status of your application(s) for disability benefits;
- View a summary of your My VAC Account; and
- Add, modify and stop direct deposit payments;
- Create, save and print your Health Related Travel (HRT) Claim; and
- View and print select forms;
These forms can be accessed directly from this web Web page, without logging in to the secure My VAC Account environment.

Access Key to provide Canadians with secure access to government online services.
Notice for epass users:
Epass users who have not upgraded to the Access Key by the deadline of December 31, 2011, will need to re-register for My VAC Account.
