Points of service for Veterans and their families

Veterans Affairs Canada is committed to providing Veterans with excellent service, regardless of where they live in Canada.

To better accomplish this, a partnership has been forged with Service Canada, which has given Veterans across Canada approximately 560 points of service across the country where they can get in-person service.

New Operational Stress Injury (OSI) clinics and Integrated Personnel Support Centres have also been opened across the country, giving Canadian Armed Forces personnel and Veterans greater access to mental health support and other key services.

Veterans can continue to rely on home visits from registered nurses and their VAC case managers for those who require them.
