  • Photo of HARRY LEWIS KAYE– My Uncle Harry Lewis Kaye was my Mom's oldest brother. He was killed August 8th, 1918 on the first day of the battle of Amiens, he is buried at Horges Orchard Cemetery, Domart Sur La Luce, France. My Grandma never got over losing her son, my Mom said that when she got the telegram she never went out of her little house again. My Grandma only knew that he was killed and buried in France, she never knew where. She passed away in 1957 in Winnipeg. I have her silver cross which I treasure and wear every Remembrance Day. R.I.P. Uncle Harry. I so wish I could visit your grave.
