Location:

Hourtin is a village and commune some 54 kilometres north-west of Bordeaux and 16 kilometres south-west of the small town of Lesparre. The village is situated at the junction of the road from Lesparre and the road to the neighbouring village of Vendays. The cemetery is north of the village, east of the road to Lesparre. North of the entrance, near the boundary wall, is the grave of an airman belonging to the Royal Canadian Air Force.
