  • Roll of Honour– Canadian National Railways - World War One Roll of Honour. Pte. William Everett Arnold listed his occupation on his military attestation form as "locomotive fireman". Based on their military attestations, it appears that Lance Corporal Albert Edward Arnold, 424002, 5th Battalion, who died on May 18th, 1916, was a brother. Both men were born in North Bay, Ontario, and both listed their mother Jane as the next of kin contact. In addition, both men described their occupations as "locomotive fireman".
