He was born in the town of Skipton in Yorkshire England on Oct. 11th 1871.
Husband of Emily Denny of Vancouver BC.
Arthur enlisted into the Railway service grards at Vancouver BC on Aug. 10th 1917 he listed his occupation as "Janitor"  He died during the Spanish flu panademic of 1918-19 on April 5th 1919 at the age of 47.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
