Joseph listed his occupation as "Rancher" and some prior military service with the 102nd Reg. Rocky Mountain Rangers (Canada Militia) Joseph died in Vancouver BC on April 1st 1918 at the age of 22 and was laid to rest in the Mountain View Cemetery of Vancouver BC.
