Fontaine-Notre Dame is a large village in the Department of the Nord approximately 3 kilometres south-west of Cambrai on the main road from Cambrai to Bapaume (N30). The CREST CEMETERY is signposted from the N30 in the village and is located on the right hand side of the road towards Raillencourt.

Medals – Death Plaque, British War Medal, and Victory Medal to #1033147 Pte Caleb Goodwin, killed during the Canadians third major offensive of Canada's 100 Days (ribbons are reversed on the medals but that is how they were obtained). KIA near Raillencourt.
