Previous service with the 9th Field Battery. Civilian occupation listed as farm labourer. Enrolled on 12 July 1915 in Toronto, Ontario. Returned to Canada from Liverpool on Hospital Ship 'Araquay' June 11, 1917. Discharged 23 January 1919 in Toronto, Ontario. Died 22 December 1921, death due to service.
