Private Ira Fredrick Young
Ira Fredrick Young taken probably in summer of 1915, in Barnsdale, Ontario (Foote's Bay). He is with Henry Woodroffe, Josephine Thorne and Letty Woodroffe (Henry's sister). This photo was in my mother's possession, she is the daughter of Letty Woodroffe. I believe Ira and Letty were sweethearts, and she married my grandfather in 1923 after Ira was killed.
