This plaque, a replica of the original placed at the Canadian memorial at Bernières-sur-Mer in France, was donated by the Fort Garry Horse Regimental Association. It is dedicated to the members of the regiment who participated in the Normandy landings and the liberation of Bernières-sur-Mer.
