This grey stone monument is dedicated to the members of the Cardinal community who made the supreme sacrifice and to honour all those who served in the World Wars and Korean War.  Along the wall, behind the monument, is a plaque with the names of those lost in the World Wars.

Beside the wall is a time capsule and flags of all the Canadian provinces.
