Telemental health

In the traditional world of health care, people in rural or remote areas often must travel to seek health services and treatment. Telemental health programs take advantage of modern technology to help patients get the help they need without leaving their home. Learn more about telemental health if you believe your client may benefit from this mode of service or if you are a health professional interested in providing telemental health services to clients of Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).

Report and forms

Report templates help to regulate information sharing, improve our case management process, and strengthen the mutual accountability of VAC and its providers in the delivery of mental health services. As a registered VAC health provider, you are required to use these reports and forms when submitting client information and updates.
