The Lieutenant Dermont Alan Harris Plaque was unveiled on May 3, 1920. Maple leaves are prominently etched in the relief work, while the inscription 'Faithful Unto Death' affirms Harris as a soldier of Christ. Lieutenant Harris was killed in action on August 9, 1918, while serving with the 4th Battalion.
