The diagram begins with the program objective and then provides links to the activities performed by VAC and service providers (e.g. assessments and reviews), the program outputs (e.g. eligibility decisions and payments) and finally the linkage the program's immediate, intermediate, and ultimate outcomes as well as VAC strategic outcomes.
