VAC - Request for an in-person appointment

We are gradually re-occupying field offices to resume in-person service by appointment only. Only offices accepting in-person appointments are listed in the drop-down menu below.

Complete this form to request an in-person appointment with a Veterans Service Agent or a Case Manager. You will be contacted by telephone within two (2) business days to discuss your request.

For your convenience, virtual appointments will continue, and you can visit My VAC Account for a simple and secure way to do business online.

If you need immediate assistance, please call us toll-free from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time at 1-866-522-2122 or TDD/TTY: 1-833-921-0071.
