Location:

Vermelles is a village midway between Bethune and Lens and north of the main road connecting these two towns. The British Cemetery is on the south western outskirts of the village and on the north west side of the road to Mazingarbe. Take the N43, Lens to Bethune road, to its junction with the D.75 in Mazingarbe. Turn right at this junction and travel for approximately 900 metres. The VERMELLES BRITISH CEMETERY lies on the left side of this road.
