Location:

Chauny is a small industrial town in the department of the Aisne. It is situated about 7 kilometres south-west of La Fere on the Canal de St Quentin and the River Ouse, 24 kilometres south of St Quentin. The British Extension to the Communal Cemetery lies due north of the town of Chauny.
