  • Grave Marker– Marker at the grave of Bandmaster Edgar G. Redditt, 157th Battalion (Simcoe Foresters), Canadian Expeditionary Force, in the Barrie Union Cemetery, 338 Sunnidale Road, Barrie, Ontario. Note that the stone shows E. G. Redditt's rank/appointment as RSM (Regimental Sergeant Major), rather than Bandmaster. He died of sickness. A personal message near the bottom of the stone reads: BELOVED HUSBAND OF EVA S. McNEIL 1881-1964. (Image taken by Gregory J. Barker of Barrie, Ontario, in 2015.)
