He was the husband of Margaret F. Steacy, of Paget East, Bermuda. He graduated from R.M.C. June, 1910. He served with the Canadian Field Artillery, 7th Bty. 2nd Bde. He died on 25 Nov 1918. He was buried in the St. Pol British Cememtery in Pas de Calais, France.
