He declared being born January 24, 1890 and not being married, but he was widowed when he enlisted.

Warloy-Baillon is a village about 21 kilometres north-east of Amiens and 10 kilometres west of Albert. The WARLOY-BAILLON COMMUNAL CEMETERY is on the east side of the village and the EXTENSION is on the eastern side of the cemetery.
