Location:

Enter from Johannesburg on the N14 (Holtzhausen Road). It becomes the Poortman Road(to Klerksdorp). From the municipal offices, travel on Potgieter Road, right into Kruger Road, left at Lombaard, then left again at Stasie Street. The cemetery is on the left across from the train station, next to the stadium and lawn bowls (Alexander Park and Kenneth Mcarthur Oval).

The Zoo is located near the  waterfront tourist complex and stadium. The memorial is located in the Zoo between the "big cats" and the camel pens.
