  • Photo of Christopher Jonathan Reid– Corporal Christopher Jonathan Reid of the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry based in Edmonton was killed when his LAV III vehicle struck an improvised explosive device at 4:20 a.m. Kandahar time August 3, 2006. The incident occurred near the village of Pashmul located approximately 25 kilometres southwest of Kandahar City.
