Cst. Anson served most of his career in Saskatchewan. He and Sgt. Schrader were investigating a domestic dispute when Cst. Anson was shot. Cst. Anson married Valerie two months prior to his death. He is buried at Depot.

Commemorated on Page 142 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Honour Roll Book.
