Cst. Keck was born in Saskatchewan. He was shot while investigating a complaint near Kamloops, British Columbia. Cst. Keck’s name appears on a plaque on the wall of the RCMP Chapel at Depot. He was married to Ann who was pregnant at the time of his death and they had a son. He is buried in Hillside Cemetery in Kamloops, BC.

Commemorated on Page 116 of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Honour Roll Book.
