Every face tells a story

Tommy Ricketts collected stamps…Laura Wong loved cherry blossom candies…Derek Speirs rides a motorcycle.

Visit the Faces of Freedom exhibit to discover the human side of Canada’s greatest heroes and learn about important milestones in Canadian military history being commemorated in 2019 and 2020.

These are the stories of the ordinary men and women whose willingness to serve created extraordinary change.

Today and every day, we will remember them.
