This figure is the Statue of Hope, and is located at the bottom of the Chorus grouping of statues at the top of the monument.
You fought for a better world. A just world.
I admire your courage and I stand proud.
We do have the same ideals and I too will be brave.
I will pursue your dream.
I will carry hope... like a living flame illuminating the future.
