80th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy - Commemorative Ceremony in Dieppe, NB

The Government of Canada is pleased to invite the public to attend a wreath-laying ceremony on June 5, 2024, at the Dieppe Cenotaph at Dieppe City Hall as part of the in-Canada commemorations of the 80^th anniversary of D-Day and the Battle of Normandy during the Second World War. The official Government of Canada delegation , including some Veterans of the Second World War, will be present. Public participants should plan to arrive by 9:30am as the event will begin promptly at 10:00am.

In the event of severe inclement weather, the event will take place inside the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre.
