Hendecourt-les-Cagnicourt is in the Department of the Pas-de-Calais, 16 kilometres south-east of Arras and 4 kilometres south of the Arras-Cambrai main road. DOMINION CEMETERY is 2.5 kilometres north-east of the village, about 545 metres from the road.

  • Memorial– The 15th Battalion memorial at Hendecourt-les-Cagnicourt, France on the site of the wooded hill known during the war as ‘The Crow’s Nest’. The 15th Battalion assaulted and captured ‘The Crow’s Nest”on 01 Sept 1918 in the opening phase of the Canadian attack on the Drocourt-Queant Line. The memorial was dedicated on 26 April 2010 to those of the 15th Battalion who fell here and in the breakthrough of the D-Q line in early September 1918.
