The Honourable Julian Fantino, Minister of Veterans Affairs, was presented with a painting commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the First World War at the Royal Canadian Air Force Association’s AGM. The painting honours the Canadian Air Force pilot Billy Bishop who fought in the First World War.
