Son of Isaac William Clements of Saint John, New Brunswick and Evelyn May (nee Lucan) Clements of Montreal, Quebec. Husband of Dorothy Priscilla (nee Carriful) Clements of Petawawa, Ontario. Brother of Joan, Richard and Eric. A Commemorative Ceremony was held at Wegner Point on 11 May 2008 to honour the seven fallen paratroopers who drowned in 1968 during a para drop exercise at CFB Petawawa. Close to 100 guests, most in uniform, attended the Ceremony gathered around the Memorial Cairn. Several family members of the deceased were present for the Ceremony.
