Cette tour commémorative de 143 pieds de haut comprend : 1) Un carillon de 51 cloches constituant chacune un mémorial; 2) Un musée militaire dans la salle Memorial; 3) Une chapelle commémorative dans laquelle sont inscrits les noms des 624 membres de l’Université de Toronto tués pendant la Première Guerre mondiale; 4) Une arche portant les noms des 557 membres de l’Université de Toronto tués pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale; 5) Deux livres du Souvenir, pour la Première et la Seconde Guerres mondiales; 6) Un vitrail composé de 12 grands panneaux et portant les mots : SERVICE, SACRIFICE, FREEDOM, PEACE (SERVICE, SACRIFICE, LIBERTÉ, PAIX).
