Having several clerks working for you, anybody that has come into the orderly room that’s worked for me at least I would like to think that they walked out knowing something more than they walked in with. And having a whole new appreciation for the machine that works behind the scenes that gets them paid, that gets them promoted, that gets them posted, all that stuff. And for the most part a lot of those folks don’t get the praise they deserve. They don’t get the recognition they deserve and as long as it’s done well. It’s like housekeeping. If you can’t tell anything is out of place then everything that needed to be done is done. Nobody’s perfect but I think a lot of clerks have a general interest in taking care of the people. It’s a satisfying role in that regard.
