Veteran Jay Jorgensen didn’t hold back, asking Minister O’Regan and Deputy Minister Natynczyk a variety of questions, some of which focused on the recently announced Veteran’s Service Card, as well as issues with My VAC account.

Town Halls are an opportunity for Veterans to connect face to face with the Department of Veterans Affairs and ask questions on a number of topics. The mic has now been turned over to Veteran Robert McCrae as he opens the question and answer period.
