Wounded Warriors Rucksack Marck for Remembrance

The Rucksack March for Remembrance was established to bring people from the community together with one mission in mind. This is, to raise awareness and funding for the many Canadian Armed Forces and First Responder families who are in the midst of their own Operational Stress Injuries.

November 7, 2020 will see events in Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Hamilton, Bowmanville, Montreal, and Yarmouth.

To allow for greater participation during these challenging times, we have created the VIRTUAL event for those who are unable to make it to a physical location due to provincial COVID-19 legislations. The Virtual Rucksack March is also convenient for those who would prefer to participate on their own. We encourage you to raise funds through your donation page and share your participation on social media.  Sign up below and create a virtual event in your community.

For those wanting to donate to a Yarmouth local participant, please consider Jason Kitchen. Jason is walking 10km for 22days carrying 22lbs with his final day being Nov 7th. Jason's goal is to raise $2,200.00.
