Location:

Miraumont is a village about 14.5 kilometres north-north-east of Albert and the Cemetery is some 3 kilometres south of the village on the east side of the road to Courcelette (D107). The ADANAC MILITARY CEMETERY is signposted in the centre of Miraumont.

  • Circumstances of death registers– Source: Library and Archives Canada. CIRCUMSTANCES OF DEATH REGISTERS, FIRST WORLD WAR. Surnames: Don to Drzewiecki. Microform Sequence 29; Volume Number 31829_B016738. Reference RG150, 1992-93/314, 173. Page 957 of 1076. He was buried 1 mile North East of Le Sars and 2 ½ South West of Bapaume. After the Armistice his body was exhumed and buried in ADANAC MILITARY CEMETERY.
  • Grave Marker– Namesake but no relation that I know. Taken while looking for my great uncle's grave who also served with Canadian Army
in WW1 May he rest in peace. Lest We Forget
