Burial Information

Cemetery:
Grave Reference:

I. J. 6.

Location:

Foiano Della Chiana is a picturesque town built on a small hill in the Province of Arezzo, 31 kilometres south of Arezzo town. Take the Highway A1 and exit at the Val di Chiana - Betolle exit, then proceed to Foiano Della Chiana and carry on in the direction of Arezzo. On this road the Commission's sign to the right can be seen. Be very careful at this junction as it is a very sharp "U" turn and difficult to do in one manoeuvre. The cemetery is permanently open and may be visited outside the working hours of the local gardening staff, but will be unmanned.
