Location:

Cagliari is the chief town of the island of Sardinia. It can be reached by air service from Rome or by boat from Civitavecchia (31 kilometres north of Rome on the main line) to Olbia and thence by train. CAGLIARI (ST. MICHELE) COMMUNAL CEMETERY is 3.5 kilometres north of the town centre. The opening times for this cemetery are: 08.00 to 17.45 every day except Friday, when the cemetery is only open in the morning from 08.00 to 13.00.
