Born in Denver Colorado U.S.A. on March 1st 1899.  Sidney enlisted into the C.E.F. at Vancouver BC on May 15th 1918 listing his occupation as "Railway worker"  He died Dec. 11th 1918 at the age of 19 during the Spanish Flu panademic of 1918-19.  He was laid to rest in the Mountain View cemetery of Vancouver BC.
