Baptized Joseph-François-Xavier-Florian-Uldéric Filiatrault. Son of Corinne Archambault (deceased in 1899) and Florian Filiatrault (remarried in 1904 to Maria Migné; he died in 1917). Florian stated being born on the 10th when he enlisted, and while his father signed “Filiatrault”, himself signed “Filiatreault”.

He was evacuated from his unit and hospitalized on 30 January due to pneumonia, he died a few hours later.
