Originally called the Muniment Room, the Memorial Room is a small museum on the second floor of the Soldiers’ Tower.

The Memorial Room includes:

- Large portraits of Major Sir Frederick Banting, Surgeon-Captain Best, Major Thain MacDowell, VC (Vimy), Major Frederick Tilston, VC., Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae, and Nursing Sister Harriet Meiklejohn, RRC.

- Flags of Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Air Force, Canada, Great Britain, and United Nations.

- Two Books of Remembrance 1914 - 1918 and 1939 - 1945.

- Decorations and medals from Waterloo and the Fenian Raids to peacekeeping.

- Military books and memorabilia, a memorial chalice and chaplain’s stole.

- Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae’s poem "In Flanders’ fields".

- Memorial Window.

Dedications to the carillon bells are inscribed on the stone walls of the Memorial Room. The carillon itself is located in a higher level of the building.
