Teamwork

Team work is just like... a team that will come to work together and form, intertwine that unit. I think that is the best way I can describe it, intertwine. And you become that unit, one might lack certain skills but the other one makes up for it. Eventually, that one that was lacking skills, becomes proficient of what, of what they were lacking and then you build that team in such a strong way that you are all thinking alike. You're all seeing the same vision. You have the same vision. You're hearing the same thing. You're saying the same thing. You're feeling the same thing. You're feeling that spirit of comradeship, the spirit of working together and it's coming from your heart.
