On the Offence

Afghanistan was even, took it more so because Afghanistan was an offensive operation. I mean we weren't there to keep any peace. We were there to find Al Qaeda and Taliban and take ‘em out and that was a breath of fresh air, I mean, there's so much frustration from the UN tour. It's so frustrating to be, to not be able to do anything, to actually, to get out there and kick some ass was, was just great. It was just great. That's, you know, I found, I found going to Afghanistan was therapeutic, if anything. You know, put some ghosts to rest.
