Transcription
My first job every morning was to pull the files of the boys who went missing the night before and take them down to the padre’s office. Uh... so that was kind of... it... you know the... some nights there was so many of them. And near the end of the war when there was so many raids, and so many planes didn’t come back. Those bombers held, you know there was quite a few boys on each bomber and to think that they were gone.
