Changing Lifestyle When Returning Home

It was hard coming home too, to see your kids all bouncy and healthy and everything else and then remembering the other ones. Yeah, it was, like I said I had a hard time with, you know the kids wasting food and that kind of stuff for a long time. Even now and when I was in the military I didn’t waste anything. Every piece of kit that ever got scrapped I stripped it right down to the bare nuts before it left. I wasn’t going to let anything go to waste and because you know we come from such a disposable society and to be in a place where you can’t find that stuff, I started thinking, no, I says, I’ve got to start being more vigilant I guess in the way that I look at the world, recycling big time.
