I always wanted to sky dive. My mother said, “No, you’re not sky diving as long as you live here!” So when I went to France I had a chance to get involved because France was a big country into sky diving and as soon as you became a sky diver in France under, with their license you got recorded by the military that you were a sky diver or a jumper because they knew they could conscript you into their service and use you but as a North American you couldn’t do that. If you were a French national you were. Anyway, when I went with the Sky Hawks that was a different thing all together because I was working with the airborne and I got involved in a lot of things and when they got their colors, the commandos in ‘73 I think it was, yeah ‘73 or something I was back with them and did their jump with them. A big jump, five or six hundred people in the air, and it was quite amazing, so I got to do that. And I got to jump at that time with a couple of the guys from the Devil’s Brigade who were brought in, they were old jumpers from World War Two, so I got to meet a couple of them, they were good, they still jumped.
