We were flying in Otters and we took off from Downsview Airport in Otters and flew over down to the Island airport and we were flying in to open the air show at ten thousand feet and just after we, they cleared us to jump and just after we left the air plane they called off the air show because of the winds and the turbulence going on the ground and after we landed they were supposed to do an Argus fly pass and they had to cancel the Argus fly pass because of the weather and here we were under a parachute. Well, we had planned that if anything went wrong some of us might land in the lake but half our group did land in the lake and they were picked up by boats which happened to be there but I didn’t land in the lake. I landed on the shore but I got as wet as everybody else because it rained so hard. Anyway, we all got together, nobody got hurt, nobody got drowned or anything and we all survived. But that was one of the worst air show drops I ever did because of that fact.
