La Tour commémorative est ornée de murales représentant l’histoire militaire de la Saskatchewan, réalisées par Ken Lochhead, directeur des arts au Regina College de 1950 à 1964. Les murales sont divisées en huit sections et elles ont été officiellement présentées lors d’un service spécial par son Honneur le lieutenant-gouverneur W.J. Patterson en 1954.

Cette section représente les deux côtés de la Résistance du Nord-Ouest et l’ouverture de la Saskatchewan et de l’Ouest. On y voit la Police montée du Nord-Ouest, les Métis et leurs alliés autochtones, et, en arrière-plan, la machine à vapeur Countess of Dufferin, la première locomotive de l’Ouest canadien.
