About this program

The Veteran and Family Well-Being Fund provides grants and contributions to private, public or academic organizations to conduct research and implement initiatives and projects that support the well-being of Veterans and their families.

  • Grants: up to $250,000 per fiscal year
  • Contributions: up to $1 million per fiscal year

If your research, project or initiative will have a positive and lasting impact on the Veteran community, we want to hear about it. The fund could support a wide range of projects, such as suicide prevention research, an initiative that helps homeless Veterans find housing, or any innovative projects that contribute to the well-being of Veterans and their families. Whatever it may be, we encourage you to share your idea and apply to the Veteran and Family Well-Being Fund.
